How often do you get a thought of eating healthy? The answer is every day. Yet you eat junk food. You get a serious dilemma for cheese grilled sandwich or Cheesecake and you end up eating both. It’s obvious to have a craving for delicious food. Imagine if you keep eating the same food for the rest of your life.
When it comes to Indian Summer it’s hard to survive in the heat and eating heavy junk food can increase the risk of obesity, cardiovascular disease, and other immune system problems.
By just following a few certain rules you can easily add to your diet and enjoy the rest of the summer.

Yogurt has many benefits. It’s high in protein and it is one of the best coolants to the body. Yogurt can use in different ways. You can add it in your smoothies with fruits, also you can make spiced buttermilk or Lassi. Best time to consume Curd is in mornings and afternoons.
Salad:
Having salad as a meal in your lunch or dinner is the best option. Salads are rich in fiber and antioxidants which helps to lose weight and can prevent common health problems. Keep a base of green Veggies like such as lettuce, kale or spinach then add some crunchy vegetables like bell pepper, sprouts or cucumber. Make sure to add some proteins and herbs. To add the taste make a mouthwatering dressing Ceasar, Tahini or Chipotle.
Lime Water with mint Leaves:
Drinking Lime Water with mint Leaves can help improve your metabolism and helps weight loss. The best time to drink is in the morning as soon as you wake up.
